我非常抱歉的告诉您套筒的两种样品没有办法按时交货,我们在检验的时候发现材料是有问题的，已经全部重新生产,重新生产要十二月中旬完成.我非常抱歉给您带来的不便.
滚子是没有问题的.
是否可以先把滚子出运 ?

这段话不是太职业。没有说清楚是进料的材料问题影响还是成品后才发现材料影响了套筒的样品生产。已经全部重做，那就是说原材料是没有问题，还是重新订构原材料？如果材料不验收就直接加工了的话，好像不符合流程。要是成品才发现有问题，那就不是材料的问题，是制造过程的问题。新的交付日期将是在二月中旬，这是比较专业说明的，但能说出具体日期才是最好的。

滚子，滚子是个什么东西？难道老外在下单的时候没有一个明确的Item名称，不可能吧？当然希望争取是否先把滚子发出去，征求别人意思是比较职业的，如果是和套筒配对用的东西的话，发出去也白发！

下面是我理解的进料材料有问题，正在赶紧处理材料问题，然后再加工生产力争12月某个具体的日期发货。
