A questionnaire survey is done with 100 junior high school students to understand the positive effects on application of multi-media in English learning for junior high school students. The positive effects are listed, and students are required to select the level of impact on them so as to understand which positive effects are more important. During the survey, all 100 students answered the questionnaire. 80% of the students believed that it is most effective to stimulate their interest of learning English; 18% selected average and 2% selected not effective. In terms of satifying students desire to learn, 73% selected effective, 21% selected average and 6% selected not effective.
