we would like to explain to you again that recently we have been under expansion,hence company's human resource and whole processing mechanism aren't quite in place yet. we are truly sorry for the delay of your order and appreciate your understanding.

we will not undertake the airway transportation expense since the extremely favorable quotation we have offered. if your matter is really urgent,we can expedite manufacturing process, but transportation fee will be at your account as usual.

We would like to once again explain my company is currently in expansion, equipment and so on in the staff adjustment, not the timely processing of orders, understanding, six months will be all back to normal.
You can not request this by the number of shipments that-Italy.
As we Price has been very low, so the air freight we can not afford. If you take urgent air, as soon as we can, as before, but production from your pay freight.

All will be itself again on June.I apologize to you as we cannot make delivery as the required quantity.
And as our price has been very low,we can not afford the air freight. If you are urgent to airmail,we can produce it as soon as we can ,and you should pay the freight as before.
