科学、正确、有效、健康的减肥方法其实很简单:有氧运动+适当节食。
一个人每天吸收的热量(进食——包括饮料)大于每天消耗的热量(基础代谢和运动消耗),人的体重就会越来大,反之体重就会越来越轻。
先说饮食,一是要注意适当控制进食量,一开始每餐可以吃以前的一半的量,但是要注意每餐都要吃。晚餐可以吃稍少点;二是要多吃水果蔬菜,少吃油腻、油炸和面食,可以吃些瘦肉、鸡蛋等。
再说有氧运动,有氧运动是指连续运动至少半小时以上的快走、慢跑、游泳、爬山、骑自行车、球类运动等。
运动减肥之初,给你的建议是:先从走开始,每天坚持走一个小时(5公里左右),坚持一个月后,加快走的速度,一个小时走七公里左右。再坚持一个月,这时候你的体重会有明显减少,体重轻了,你就可以增加一些其他的运动了,可以慢跑、骑自行车、爬山或打球了。如果运动量较小,坚持的时间最好在一个小时左右,如果是单纯的慢跑,连续跑半小时即可。最好采取多种多样的运动,但是运动的时间一定要保证。
切记:运动的同时,适当节食,这很重要;再就是要持之以恒,这很关键。
