麻烦给我讲解一下，我语法比较差。十分感谢！很纠结最后一道我选D为什么不对。

1.believe sb. to do sth.因此被动就是be believed to do sth,选D
2.跟since搭配用现在完成时,选C
3.need doing=need to be done所以先排除CD.这里的定语从句修饰的是the only one而不是many questions,如果没有the only在前面修饰的话那麼定语从句修饰的就是questions了.

1. 选B is believed to do 是固定搭配，翻译：为了增加额外的财政收入，财政部部长正在考虑增加税收。所以不难看出用现在进行时
2.从后面的since she came to the school 可以看出用现在完成时，从语意中不难发现是用否定
