No Breakfast, No Good

Now a lot of students go to school in a hurry so that they have no time to have breakfast. But not having breakfast will do harm to their health and their study.

Having no breakfast will throw the normal work of our digestive system into confusion. As a result, it will do harm to our health. And at our age it is high time for us to grow up. So our bodies are in great need of energy. If we don't have breakfast,there will be not enough energy to supply. This may stunt our growth.

What's more, it is a long period between breakfast and lunch. Breakfast provides us with the energy needed for the class. Without breakfast we cannot get along well with our classes. So for the sake of our health and our study, we must have breakfast.

不吃早餐不好

About Breakfast

Recently I have made an investigation among 100 students of Senior.One in our school.About 45 precent students go to school without breakfast. While 35 percent students do not treat breakfast seriously.Only 20 percent students have enough breakfast with nutrition every morning.
Some students who study late into the night choose to miss breakfast so that they can have a few extra minutes in bed. Others are given money to buy their breakfast on the way to school because their parents are too busy to prepare it for them. In addition, a few school girls want to stay silm and often go to school without breakfast.
In fact breakfast is very important. It can make you have good member, and good judgement, and make you in good heip. So every student should start their day with a regular breakfast.

Breakfast is important for us all ,but someone don't have breakfast. Think about it, when you get up in the morning, you haven't eat for nearly 12 hours, do you think your body still have energy for the day work and study? So, to make us full of power in the day time, eating breakfast every morning.
For breakfast, you don't need to eat something which contain too much cooking oil and fat,and, what kind of bteakfast is good? For example, you can eat rice, bread,eggs, milk or other hot drink, fruits are also good. This kind of breakfast can offer us enough energy to study or to work as well as keep us healthy.
