关于烹饪的英文单词

剁，煎，炒，烹，炸，蒸，搅拌都是什么词呀？
还有洗菜可以用wash么？
是为了写一篇英文的做菜指南（要包括原料，操作过程等）
那“蛋加水6杯（需盖过蛋面），煮8分钟，放凉取出去，去壳，以刻刀锯齿状切成两半，底部削平，取出蛋黄。绞肉加调味料拌匀，置于蛋白上，全部镶好置盘，蒸12分钟，洒上少许蛋黄，蛋黄搅散，倒入盘中，上置蛋花”怎么翻译呀？谢谢
