The ways to keep healthy Everyone wants to live long, however, that just depends on your body's health. Do you know how to keep healthy? I'd like to offer you o ways: 1) Proper Dinners: Generally speaking, one should eat 3 times every day. But some students who get up late will ignore the breakfast, which will do a very bad effect on their healty. Anyway, some girls who would prefer to be thin will avoid eating anything or only little during the meal time. Both of the o ways are bad habits of dining.
