没太看懂你的要求，题目里说的“special attention”意思是“特别的关照、注意”的意思，还有“has to be sloved ”,意思是“ 是否需要被解决”。解决的是抽烟这个行为还是这种现象啊？ 所以我只是按照题目还有经验写了一些。
