摘要：商业银行是金融体系的主体，现代经济的核心。而商业银行营销，是确保商业银行正常运营和发展的不可或缺的一部分，本文通过对孝感市商业银行营销现状的一些了解，结合商业银行与商业银行营销的性质和特点，分析和指出孝感商业银行在市场营销过程中存在的问题，包括：营业网点分布问题、引导客户消费问题、对目标客户的研究问题、对高端客户的服务和银行对外宣传问题。针对上述问题，作者认为应从做好合理调整和规划营业网点布局、重点客户的个性化服务、加强外部宣传力度、完善客户经理制度和注重对目标客户的研究等几个方面采取切实可行的措施，以促进孝感市商业银行的不断发展。
