B第一题应该是过去时，但是know的过去式是knew，，楼主自己再核对下题目
D,过去进行时，因为后面是started
D，since自从，用现在完成时，has known,楼上说的C就解释为自从1982年以来一直在know他父亲的朋友

B，过去完成进行时，这就是第三题的D选项，过去六十年一直在吸烟

2.D 固定句型，sb was doing sth when.....某人正在做某事就在这时发生了另一件事，when是并列连词

第二题是指同时进行的，意思是着火的时候，我正在看电视，正在做什么是用be动词+ing
第三题是现在完成时，实在不会就看后面有没有since（自从）
第四题首先确定是完成时，然后看上下文，是指过去的，所以用过去完成时
第五题一个强调持续的状态，要用完成时
第六题和第四题道理相似
