不太明白Relationship traditions是什么，直接翻译过来就是“关系传统”，可以按这样理解这个问题老师想让回答的是什么啊？

我觉得tradition这里应该是作风格的意思，即你用什么样的固有方式处理人际关系。
1,the importance of getting along well with people;
2,relationship traditions function as the way how you interact with others;
3,intro to relationship traditions of your own, e.g., "I tend to stick to few close friends and develop very close ties with them by keeping a humorous manners".
4,your comments on different traditions, focus on your ideal/favorable ones.
