A and B live in the same dorm. They have become good friends since they entered the university. They are talking about their best friends, their long distance friendships and their understanding of friendship.
Situation 4
A goes to an Internet café near his/her school to send a couple of e-mail messages. There he/she finds B, his/her classmate playing games on the Net. They are talking about the negative and positive impacts of the Internet on students.
Situation 5
A asks B why he/she looks upset. B explains that he/she doesn’t feel well because of staying up late for the coming exams and often going without breakfast or even lunch. The doctor has given him/her some pills, but he/she hates to take medicine. A advises B to keep regular hours.

A has won the first prize in the English speech contest. B congratulates her. They decide to celebrate the victory. But suddenly A receives a call and is told that her brother is having a very high temperature. B comforts her.
