首先我就货物生产的延迟深感抱歉，在12月10日工厂才告诉我们可以出货的数量，在不知道数量和发运方式的情况下，我们是无法提前预定舱位的。所以我们选择了14日的船，这是最快的船期了。并利用这两天时间，督促工厂把400BT的数量又追加了20台。太仓港到鹿特丹是没有直航的，只能到上海中转。通常AOTA的出口也是选择这种方式。即从太仓港发出的时间为12月14日。
运输的进度我都在之前的邮件中提及，烦请查阅。
另外电放提单的费用都是我们承担的。之前也是有提及的。只是为了方便你们提货。

First of all we would like to apologize for the delayed production of our goods. On 10 Dec we were told the exact quantity of the goods, and without knowing the quantity and transportation method we could not book the ship in advance. So we chose the ship on 14th, which is the earliest; and urged the factory to increase another 20 numbers of 400BT. As you know, there is no direct shipping from Taicang Port to Rotterdam, so the only mean for us is to pick the transfer at the port in Shanghai. Normally, the export of AOTA is in this way, i.e., the dispatching date is 14 Dec. The progress of the delivery is mentioned in my previous mail, please kindly check it up. Besides, all of the bills for the B/L of Telex Release are borne by us, which has been mentioned before, and that is only for your convenience for picking.

First of all, I regret for the delay of production, we haven’t been told of the production quantity from the factory until DEC. 10th, so we can’t booking shipping space in advance, and the earliest shipping date we could chose is 14th .we urge the factory to add more 20 ps. 400BT during this two days. We have to transit from Shanghai because there is no direct line from TaiCang to Rotterdam, and it is the normal method of AOTA exports. It will be sent from the port of TaiCang DEC.14th.
you can check the transportation schedule from the E-MAIL I sent you before .
As been mentioned before ,For the convenience of your delivery ,the bill of lading cost is on our commitment.
