old 和age 有什么不同？用法？

old和age都可用于表示年龄，但其词性不同，old是形容词，age是名词，所以用法也有区别：

（1）询问对方“多大年龄”，用How old are you ? 或What”s your age ?

（2）说某人“……岁”，用be+基数词（+years old）”或“be+基数词（＋years of age），”不说“be+基数词＋years age”.

（3）说某人年老、年轻，用“Somebody is old / young”，不说“Ones age is old / young”. 如：

Mr Smith is old. 史密斯先生年龄大了。

－How old are you ? 你多大了？
－I”m fourteen （years old / of age）. 我十四岁了。

－What”s his age ? 他多大年龄了？
－His age is ten . 他十岁了。
