1 What kinds of people are better prepared for a layoff?
There is no doubt that well learnt people and widely learnt people are much better for a layoff because they are much better equipped therefore have other skills and all sorts of abilities to seek another jobs with no problems at all.

2 If a company doesn’t perform well in a certain field, for example, software development, should it outsource or train its own employees to do it?

Outsourcing means that you seek help from the third party, which is always out of your company’s hand and control. The cost is also can be high depending on which outsourcing company that your company employs. So, I believe (my own opinion) that if training your own staff to do it would be more controllable and cost saving.

3 What is the relationship between one’s attitude to life and one’s fate? Does the former determine the latter or is it the other way round?

Most likely the former determines the latter because there is no fate and fate cannot rule your life but only yourself who is the one to build your own future and fulfil your all dreams. If you work hard towards your goals nothing could possibly stand in your way!

4 Do you believe there are extra-terrestrial beings in outer space?

The universe is so huge, of course the ET’s existence can definitely not be ruled out. Since our sun is only one of the billion and billion and billions of stars in the universe, If our solar system can sustain life then there must be somewhere else has the same conditions which would have life too.

5 Do you think success is due more to luck and opportunity or to diligence? Why?

To be successful is not a simple matter. It needs a lot of factors and elements. Therefore I believe it takes both, because you cannot succeed without diligence and determination also at the same you sometimes also need a bit of luck and opportunity.

6 What do you think recreational activities can bring to us?

I think recreational activities have certain benefits. They are most important to our moral qualities. After a long day of work, you need to unwind yourself. It would give you more fresh ideas with a bit of relaxation. Besides we need some entertainments too not just works!

7 Which is your favourite recreational activity?

There are a few recreation activities I like, such as playing computer games, swimming, readings and fishing, but I think a regular jogging every day is the best for me because it is simple and no skill involved like playing other sports.

8 What channel do you watch the most? Why?
To be honest, I like watching movie channels more because the idea of watching TV is to entertain yourself, so you should watch whatever you love to watch most. My chief love is movie and I watch them a lot, therefore, movie Channel is my favourite channel.

9 Should we follow the ethics of hard work or introduce fun into our work?
I think both are required. You can’t do well without the hard working attitude but at the same time only work and no fun would be boring and affect your working interests. So, we should our work as much fun as possible.

10 Should different cultures integrate or keep their own characteristics?

This is a question without an answer because it involves a lot of complications like the religion difference. There can never be a compromise in these matters! Therefore it will remain a problem between different people in the same working places for the foreseeable future.
