How are you? Are you better these days? In order to make yourself healthy, here are some suggestions for you. First of all, taking more excercise. You have never taken excercise before. Secondly, taking it easy and make youself relaxed, you always feel nervious and tired. This is bad for your health. Thirdly, don't eat too many snacks or you will get stomachache. At last, taking care of yourself and go to see a doctor, because you are getting cold and headache these days.
