How are you doing? Hope this finds you well.
Thanks for the invitation for your birthday party. Our family are very pleased that you are inviting us for the party, but we are afraid we cannot join you at the time. As you may know, my father has something wrong with his tooth, and he has to go to the dentist this Sunday. My mother will go to the concert held on Sunday night. My brother also has to go play baseball with his class team on that day. As for me, I have to study for an English test on Monday.
We are so sorry that we cannot make it to the party, but we will send you a nice birthday present instead.
