We agree to receive(或：take over) the batch of products selected and replaced by you as for *** considering your factory's incompetence to repair them and the urgent deadline for goods.
Yet we have to indicate/deliver requirements as following: 1st, Please pay attention to quality control and, such case(s) won't be acceptable in the future whatever happens. 2. Cases as complaint from customers/clients might still happen after shipment, or even influence sales as for these products, which leads to risk you have to take. 3. Please inform us your improvement countermeasures to avoid such case(s) in the future.
