分批装运的机器零件，今天已收到。很遗憾，这些零件的规格与合同中的规定的不符，也跟你方样品的规格不一致。
很遗憾，我们必须退回全部货品，而由贵公司处理。另外请通知我方，是否能再装运符合你方样品规格的零件。如能，运期如何安排？
在此事尚未解决之前，我方要求贵公司终止所有其它货物的装运。
还有这几个句子：1. 遗憾，即使各让一半，我们仍难以接受你方的还盘。

2. 如上述品种有现货供应，请报最低价，并注明规格和产地。

3. 兹复你方2月12日的电传询盘，现按下列条款报盘。

4. 由于大量承约，我们暂不能接受新订单，但是一俟新货源到来，我们将随即去电与你方联系。

5. 如你方能供应我们所需式样和品质的货物，且报价有竞争性，我们愿意向你方长期订购。
