Attention please.The moniters （由于你没说开会的对象，所以我擅自假定了开会对象是所有班长。）of all classes please come to second floor's meeting room at 17o'clock in Dec. third（由于你没说具体几点开会，所以我擅自加了具体开会时间）.In order to enrich your school life as well as stimulating your interests in studying English and improve your ability of speaking,we are planning to hold an English speaking competition.So a meeting must to be held to talk about the details.We hope that all of you are willing to take part in it.Last,DON'T FORGET THE MEETING TIME.
