With the development of science and technology , computer is playing an important part in our life. The Internet has brougt us many advantages. We can find some useful information on it . We can watch films or play games on it to relax ourselves. What's more ,people can shop without leaving their homes. However, it will also bring us some trouble. Spending too much time on it will surely affect our health ,especially our eyes. Besides ,it is waste of time playing games on it ,which will affect our work.
In my opinion, we should make good use of the Internet . Only in a proper way can it be a useful tool for us.
