句意：在中国西部农村，超过三分之二的人口被认为没有获得医疗保健。
2.A After为介词，后应接宾语从句，则ACD入选，又___ seemed a long time缺少主语，故只能选A。因为After ___ seemed a long time, they finally arrived at the destination句中they已经是句子的主语，一个句中只能有一个主语，若选B,则出现了两个主语，故B不合适。
3.D -妈妈，你能为我读个故事吗？
-可以，若果你尽快上床就可以。
D shall表示允许，承诺，命令，警告。该处表承诺。A might 句意可说得通，但无承诺之意。语法不对，故不选A。
