在一般过去时的陈述句中,可不可以出现两个改为过去时态的动词?那疑问句呢?

（如果我没有理解错的话）当然可以，应当说在过去时态的句子中所有动词都要改为过去式，除非是在did总领、to、情态动词等之后，例如：
She slipped and fell.
The cat jumped up and went chasing the mouse.
I tried to explain but failed to convince anyone.
Was it in the park that you went camping and lost your wallet?
Why was it that you lied and pretended that nothing happened?
出现了did的句子的主句中不再出现过去式：
Did I drink and eat so much just within a night?
I did try and succeed.
