∵ sin(x+π/4)=√2/2(sinx+cosx)
∴sin²(x+π/4)=1/2(sin²x+cos²x+2sinxcosx)=1/2(1+sin2x)
∴sin2x=2sin²(x+π/4)-1
令t= sin(x+π/4)∈[-√2,√2]
∴y=2t²+t-1=2(t+1/4)²-9/8
∴t=-1/4时,y取得最小值-9/8
t=√2时,y取得最大值3+√2
函数值域为[-9/8,3+√2]
∵ sin(x+π/4)=√2/2(sinx+cosx)
∴sin²(x+π/4)=1/2(sin²x+cos²x+2sinxcosx)=1/2(1+sin2x)
∴sin2x=2sin²(x+π/4)-1
令t= sin(x+π/4)∈[-√2,√2]
