As we all know, health in body and mind is important for success in the exam. So I 'm writing to give you advice on it. You should not be nervous and anxious but keep a balanced state of mind . You can do as the followings . First you should make it a rule to go to bed early and get up early to get enough sleep. Second you should keep a balanced diet and not eat junk food. Third you should take more exercise to keep healthy .And taking exercise can also make you energetic. Next I want to advise that you should have more talk with your teachers and classmates to get a calm state of mind. My last suggestion is that you should listen to more beautiful music when you feel a little worried .The beautiful music can make you relaxed. I think what you do in your daily life can contribute to your success . So only by taking suggestions above can you succeed in the exam.

First of all, you should go to sleep and get up early to make sure you are in a good conditon at school. If you sleep well, you will performance better on memory and concentration.Then, have a well-balanced diet and less junkfood to keep good physical condition. That will good for you. Do some excercise in your space time,like basketball, tabletennis,football. If you have some question, you can talk about it with your teachers and classmates. They will help you as far as they can. First, early to bed and early to rise, and maintain adequate sleep, balanced diet: of course not less than . The most important is to eat less junk food: it is harmful to health, you should do sports; to more with teachers, classmates; over the weekend to go against pine mood
