However,my favourite fruit is the apple.
I like apples best mainly because it is fit for having in four seasons throughout a year.
Of course,apples are of great help for us to keep fit,just as an English saying goes"One apple a day keeps the doctor away."
The reason for this is that apples are rich in various nutrients that we need for better health.
