Any notice, consent, approval or other communication required or permitted to be given or served under this Agreement ("Notice") must be in writing and shall be given or served by sending the same by pre-paid first class post or by facsimile, receipt confirmed (or by airmail if from one country to the other) to the address of the Party at the beginning of this Agreement (or such other address as shall have been notified by that Party to the other in accordance with this clause). A notice sent by pre-paid first class post shall be deemed served on the fourth business day after the date of posting. A notice sent by facsimile transmission shall be deemed served on transmission provided it was sent to a current facsimile number or that Party and an answer back of successful transmission has been received and retained.
