The southern part of the island is dominated by semi-forested foot hills and low
mountains, The present long term ambition of the local tourism administration is to develop part of the coastal areas there for tourism related activities mainly for local use.
Beach tourism is not likely to be a good option though as the sea water is unclear and most likely not clean enough for swimming.
