在质保期内，如设备因质量瑕疵或其他原因损坏、发生故障、不能正常运行或者无法达到本合同或有关技术文件的性能要求和规格的，买方有权要求卖方采取以下任一或多种方式进行补救：
a)维修；
b)更换有瑕疵或不符合规格的设备；
c)如果无法维修或更换，则卖方将在收到关于设备瑕疵或不合规格的书面通知且该瑕疵或不合规格的设备被退回给卖方后的5日内，向买方返还该瑕疵或不合规格货物的购买价款；

If, for any reason, the equipment is subject to any quality problem, breakdown, failure, malfunction or incapability to satisify the performance requirements and specifications in this contract or related technical documents during the guaranty period, the Buyer shall have the right to demand the Seller to take any or all of the following measures for remediation:
a) Repair;
b) Replace faulty or unsatisifactory equipment;
c) If repair or replace is impossible, the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer the purchase cost of the said faulty or unsatisfactory goods within five days upon receiving the same goods returned together with a written notice thereupon;

In the warranty period, such as equipment for quality defects or damage to other reasons, failure, can not operate normally or can not achieve this contract or the performance of the technical documentation requirements and specifications, the seller to the buyer the right to request one or more of the following ways to remedy:
A) Maintenance;
B) replace a defective or does not comply with specifications of the equipment;
C) If you can not repair or replacement, the seller will be received on substandard equipment defects or a written notice and the defects or substandard equipment were returned to the seller after five days, returning to the buyer the defective or substandard goods the purchase price;
