I have received the tent and I have 2 concerns. The pins do not stay in place nor the poles and the top of the tent looks like it was never sewn because there is an area that is not together. Please respond? This is my 2nd email with this concern

I assembled this tent on a sunny day w/ no wind. The slots in the frame poles are not aligned w/ the springs clips in the corresponding poles. This is why the frame had to be screwed together. Adding extra anchors & weights as you suggest in your feedback response will do absolutely nothing to resolve the manufacturing problem.

I am trying to pay and wrote to paypal.. I am having problem paying when i go to kyozou and then to paypal.it wants to charge me double the amount .Instead of 171.12 it want s to charge me 342.24.I wrote to paypal trying to get it straightened out.i cant change ot to the proper amount and i am waiting for their response...thank you

I have tried to contact you several times about this item. Today is July 17th and I still HAVE NOT received my tent that I won and paid for. If I have not heard back from you with a good reason I am guessing my only choice is to report to ebay / pay pal as item not received. I have never had to do that and do not want to but I am a bit upset that I have not gotten the tent nor a proper reply from you. Many Thanks Jane Shellman
