1 酒店前台接线员岗位职责头绪多，事情杂，要求擅长和客人沟通，做事细致耐心，善于做好信息的记录和整理工作。
2 接线员如果和外国顾客打交道，必须正确得体的使用英语和体态语言。具体是：
（1） 声音甜美，体态大方，英语口语流畅得体，交流无障碍，听力要好，善于抓住信息点；
（2）注重仪表和礼貌用语，接电话和接受咨询时要耐心细致，不出差错。
