Based on our Factory Certification Program, 2 consecutive ‘Needs Major Improvements’ results in a Disapproval status, however, if the factory continues to take corrective action steps, we will withhold this status until further notice.

Please complete the CAP attached and submit within 15 days (that is on/before April 28, 2008).

Completing the CAP: In the Factory Proposed Action Step(s) column, write in the corrective action steps the factory will take to bring the matter into compliance. The Compliance Target Date(s) is the date in which the factory will complete the proposed action steps.
