Safety is very importangt to everyone, especially to students. Middle school students so young that adults pay much attention to them.
I have some advice for students to keep them safe. First, we should obey traffic rules. No jaywalking(闯红灯)is the basic requirements. Second, eating healthy food is good to our body, as well as protect ourselves from poisnous food addtive. Third, being careful enough when we do exercise. For example, we should not swim in a river. It's very dangerous.
In a word, we should always keep safty awareness in mind.

Safety is very important to everyone. Middle school students are flowers of our country, so students’ safety is becoming the focus to us all. First, we must obey the traffic rules when we go out. Don’t cross the street when the traffic lights are red. Keep to the right in the street. Second, we should eat healthy food. Don’t eat junk food. Eat more fruits and vegetable. Eat less meat and eggs. Besides, don’t hurt ourselves while we are playing. It’s dangerous to swim in the river alone, so don’t go to the river without permission. In a word, it’s important to remember these for us all.

a bicycling visit to museum
this summer, I find a new interesting sport ----bicycling,The process ride it to the museum was really fascinating. I had breakfast at 8am and rushed to my bike----I was so exciting! After said goodbye to my parents, I commenced the "march" to the museum . that day was extremely hot , so I decided to rest twice during riding. At first , everything was ok , I rode very fast and let wind cool myself. However, my bike was broken , so I had to find someone help me.Luckily, I find a elderly who can fix the bike.After so many "disasters", I finally reached the museum. What a unforgettable experience!
