N is number of observation, which is the sample size of your F. P is the number of your regressor. In this case it is 2 since you got 2 variables included.
What you are looking for is the degrees of freedom due to the model. Thus,2 should be the right answer.
You can also import the data into some stats software such as Eviews, Stata, or SAS. Even Excel can do the simple work. It will creat a ANOVA table automatically. You will get the degrees of freedoms of Model, Resid, and Total right away.

By the way, what you're posting is not a white test. White test is applied on resid terms.
