My mother is 35 years old. She has long black hair and big eyes. She takes me to school every day. In the evening, she help me with my homework. If I’m hungry, she will cook my favourite meals. She’s always trying to encourage me to try something new. I think my mother is the best person in this world. She is always be there for me when I need her. I love her so much. She is my hero.

1》Nothing is more valuable than health. It is the fountain of one’s future success. A healthy person can always be energetic and enjoy his life and achieve what he hopes for in his career. On the other hand, poor in health, a person can not achieve much success though he is wee-educated. Then, what should we do to maintain and enhance our health There are many ways which help to build up our health. Firstly, we should keep a balanced diet and that is to say, we should not have too much intake of animal fat, but more vegetables and fruits. Secondly, if one wants to keep fit, he must give up the habits that damage his health. Finally, regular physical exercise is essential for a healthy mind and body. In conclusion, if everyone can stick to what is mentioned above, one can always keep fit and pursue one’s career effectively. As we know, health is of much importance to human beings. If you stay in a state of health, your life will be full of sunshine. You may feel energetic to do your job; you may live as long as possible; you may be excited about the surroundings, just like a child. In a short, nothing can take health away from us, because of its important and positive effects. Then, say, how to keep fit There is some advice to follow. Firstly, do exercise every day. Secondly, live in a healthy habit or in a proper way. Thirdly, neither eat too much nor go on a diet. Proper food and drinks are good for you. Fourthly, stay in a positive mood. You properly say there is too many things to do, while you don’t have enough time, on seeing those above. Actually, you are able to do all of them definitely. Take the first item for example, you can walk to your office each day, besides doing exercise with professional equipment. Remember health is very important. Keep fit! 2》
