基于知识链提升企业核心竞争力的研究

本论文共分五大部分，第一部分对知识管理和企业核心竞争力进行了深入的理论研究，归纳了适合本论文研究的从企业发展战略角度提出的知识管理的概念。第二部分在前人研究的基础上，提出了基于企业微观层次的企业内部知识链的概念：以提高企业核心竞争力为最终目的的知识链条，它对企业内外知识进行获取、整合、共享、创新和应用，形成一个连续不断的企业知识循环过程。作者借鉴现代企业通用的知识链模型，提出了改进的企业知识链模型，企业知识链模型由主要活动和辅助活动组成，并加入了反馈环节。第三部分理论分析了知识链和企业核心竞争力的关系，指出企业核心竞争力的本质属性是知识，知识链有利于企业核心竞争力的提升。第四部分首先解释了知识链模型的各个活动环节，然后结合企业案例重点分析了各个活动环节对企业核心竞争力的影响，从而阐明了知识链提升企业核心竞争力的作用机理。第五部分首先提出了企业内部知识链管理的含义、原则和目标，然后提出基于知识链管理提升企业核心竞争力的对策建议：树立以知识资本为核心的新理念；按照知识链管理的要求健全相应的组织体系；营造有利于知识链管理的企业文化；建立企业内部知识交互平台；建立企业知识库；完善人力资源管理机制。本论文的研究将有助于推动我国企业知识管理的发展，提高企业知识管理水平和自主创新能力，增强我国企业在国际竞争中的优势。
