How to prevent the flu
Flu is a common disease in our daily life. Just as the proverb goes, prevention is better than cure. But how to prevent it? Here I'd like to tell my opinion.
First, we should let in fresh air as often as possible. Second, we should take enough exercise to build up our body. Third, we should pay attention to personal hygiene. Last, if we catch a flu, we should go to see a doctor in time.
