求英语高手帮忙翻译一句话，在线等，急急急。。

2011年12月，我曾在一家公司做过一个月的兼职日语客服。那家公司是卖贺年卡的，客户全部是在上海的日本人，所以我的工作就是负责接听日本顾客的来电咨询，为他们答疑解惑。以及回复邮件。
