事情就是……一个国际包裹好久没有到！之前给卖家发过邮件 让我等等 后来电话咨询了一下 说没有到中国 要查询就必须寄件人查询当地的快递公司！

Hi there. I have called the xxx company for yyy bought from your company. I was told the package has never entered china. You, as the sender , has to inquiry from local transport branch from your side.
