By taking part-time jobs at a young age, the young generation can be involved in the society without suffering. 帮忙看看这句话语法有问题么？， 那个句首BY是应该换成in 或with 么？in和with能用在这句中么？谢谢帮助了

By用的没有问题肆枯拆，只是句子结构上感裂枣觉有些Chinglish 好败坦像缺点儿什么，或者感觉话没说完。
can be involved 不如 get involved 更顺畅些
譬如，
The young generation will get involved in the society without much suffering, if they take part-time jobs at a young age.
