毕业后在***工作，在前台工作过三个月，后调去总机工作了近三年。在这段期间，学会了如何与不同的人打交道。同时在进修本科文凭，努力完善自己。我觉得我有亲切的笑容，以及良好的沟通能力，能胜任这份工作。

I worked in XXX company after graduation, three months as receptionist and three years as telephone operator afterwards. In this period, I learned how to deal with different people. At the same time I took the university diploma courses for improving myself. I think I have friendly smile and good communication skill and competent for the job.

With the experience of my work, I learned how to deal with different people. Meanwhile I’ve been studying the refresher courses for a bachelor’s degree so as to improve myself. I am proud of my sweet smiles and the skills in communicating with others, and I am confident that I am competent for this post.
