英语高手 帮忙检查下这段语法时态有没有问题One year ago，when I was new here，just like a child lost in the forest ，I even didn't know where the destination was，now I'm working in the marketing department ，and the direction of my career is getting clear gradually .At first ，I didn't have faith in my ability to handle the job，because l'm not very good at communicating with others，but excellent interpersonal skills are essential for salespeople ，so I tried my best to overcome my shortcomings and improved my skills，also many senior guiders helped me patiently and my colleagues encouraged me a lot .now I can communicate easily with other people whenever it's on and off work.
