那是一年级的时候，因为体育老师骂我们全班跑太慢了，我忍不住回嘴大声说：“我们都很努力在跑，你不要冤枉我们！”很疯狂吧！但是后果是我被罚跑十圈操场，我的腿都快要残废了，早知道就不要回嘴了。
其实会有这件事发生，是因为我开口前没有先想好。这也提醒了我，以后我很生气尽量不要疯狂，免得后果很悲惨。
