除了i think 的宾语从句变否定句式，可将否定前移i don't.那you think ,he thinks....,是否一样？

不一样，否定转移只用于第一人称为主语的句子，而且动词是guess think believe suppose 等。。望采纳（简洁明朗啊~~）

宾语从句的否定转移

当主句的谓语动词为 think, guess, suppose, believe 等且主语为第一人称（I,We)时，从句若表示否定，一般将否定词 not转移到主句的谓语中，这就叫作“否定转移”。
如：
I don't think he will come this evening.
She believes he doesn't study harder.

动词为非一般现在时或主语不是第一人称时，如you,he,she等时否定不转移。
I thought that he wouldn’t come back soon. 我原以为他不会回来得这么快。
He thinks that he isn’t fit for the job. 他认为他不适合这件工作。
