答：sb. is reported to do sth. / to have done sth. to为介词。to do sth.表示“将要做”，to have done sth. 表示“之前发生了”。

译：警察现在在搜录一个妇女。据报导，该妇女自上周五洪水袭击该地区以来就一直失踪不见了。

to have done sth. 是不定式的完成主动态，属于非谓语
to having been missing的话，则to为介词，后跟动名词的完成进行态（这样的情况很少见）
