no 可以直接加名词，not后面不能直接加名词。
no 相当于形容词，可以直接修饰名词。
not 是副词，不能直接修饰名词，若要修饰名词，只能和冠词等连用。 not 还可以用来修饰动词，表示否定。
no=not any
there is no=there is not any
比如：there is no water=there is not any water
