我根据每个人的情况，让性格外向，善于与人交流的人做外联及工作协调沟通的工作；让善于思考、思维活跃、用于创新的人做各项工作的筹备及策划工作、让有远见、有凝聚力的人做整个工作的进度安排、及分配各项任务；并经常夸奖跳舞的演员，让她们练习的过程中更有积极性。果然，系统发挥了最佳效率，我们不仅按时完成了任务，并且在演出中取得了不错的反响。尽管精疲力竭，我还是为参与工作的所有成员拍了集体照，第二天，给她们每人写了一封带有全家福的感谢邮件。这场晚会之后，我在处理人际关系的时候更得心应手，开朗了许多，并且运用严谨的系统思维处理事情的能力越来越熟练。
