关于conditional offer.

我现在收到澳洲国立大学的conditional offer,下面是他们回信给我的内容：
In order to receive an unconditional offer you need to provide:
A colour scan of the original (and translated copy) of the completion certificate for your UG degree issued by the Ministry of Education - PRC.
A valid IELTS TRF that meets our English Language entry requirements.
You must send your documents within as soon as possible. If you are unable to provide us with these documents immediately, please advise us when they will be available.
Your application will not be processed until these documents have been received.

我申请的是7月份秋季入学，但我们学校发毕业证书要到6月底，请问还还来得及赶上7月份入学吗？是不是拿到unconditonal offer才能签证？但是这样好像就来不及了。如果申请延期到明年2月份入学，是不是要重新提出申请？

不需要，你把你的毕业证书带过去就好啦，他们看到就可以了，还有语言成绩。签证的时候拿着这次他们发的东西去签证就好。喜欢的话，给个最佳吧。
