• Anyone else will not trust you only if you don't believe in yourself. Confidence is the most important signal to show others that you are an independent person. I will create more opportunites for myself to face to problems and try to solve them by my own. It doesn't matter what is the solution, it matters that I experienced the process.

For example, how much confidence you have in yourself when attempting a task will directly affect how well you complete that particular task.
